After completing AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE ENGINEERING 3 YEARS COURSE IN INDIA, can I go German for further study?will there be any issue to visa

I will get admission in AME in india. Then I will apply for German master degree. I know german only provide master degrees in english that's why I will apply 3 years later for master degree. Can I get admission in german after this course? I have passed my 10+2 in non medical with 76%.
