Yes you can apply after B.Com. The best Institutes for M.Des Fashion Design are NID and NIFT. But the admission process of these are going on for this session. Hence you can not apply right now. However the other Institutes like would, UPES, Pearl Academy and Parul University etc. Are offering the a
