After completing B.E mechanical engineering, is it possible to join M.Tech in sound engineering as I'm interested in it?

Yes, it is possible to change your engineering stream after completing a BE and pursuing an M.Tech.
In the GATE exam, a candidate can choose any stream they want to continue in Masters Degree irrespective of their UG branch.
