If you have 7 band in IELTS with all consonants 7 band, you can apply for overseas nursing program in Australia. You can get this admission and go on student visa and then get your selves registered as nurse over there and work. You also can apply for PR after two years of work experience.

You have to gain some work experience in India in some good hospital for 2-3 years and then apply for working visa. You may parralely explore employment with a Australian hospital to get a feel of their requirememts.
