After completing BE, am I eligible to appear for CSIR NET?

Hello, CSIR NET have set certain rules for the candidates who wants to appear in the CSIR Net exam. As per the guidelines those candidates who have completed their Master’s degree or graduation of 4 years are eligible to appear in the exam in the subject in which they have completed their degree or with the related subject. You have completed your BE or engineering you are eligible to appear in the CSIR NET Mathematical Science. There is other rule mentioned by the CSIR which says, candidates who have completed their 4 year graduation is only eligible to appear for the JRF (Junior Research Fellowship). After enrolling yourself in the Master’s degree you also eligible for the Assistant Professor post. To appear in the exam you also need to fulfil the eligibility criteria which is as follows: Candidate must have a Master’s degree or in the qualifying year with minimum 55% (For General/OBC) or 50% (For SC/ST/PwD) of marks without rounding off. For CSIR NET Junior Research Fellowship, they also have to fulfill the age criteria I. e. as follow - For General - 30 Years Maximum Age For OBC/SC/ST/PwD/Women - 5 Years Relaxation in maximum age criteria.
