    Hello Mohan, always remember the saying "where there is will, there is a way! Nothing stops anyone from entering the field of software. However it all depends on your intentions. If your aim is to get job then of course you need formal qualifications. There are enough examples in India and world where even uneducated have succeeded in building up empire in software industry.
