After completing MBA from FMS, can I give MA in economics entrance exam at Delhi School of Economics? If yes, how can I prepare for it?

Also, after completing my MA in economics, can I do a Ph.D degree? I completed my geography (H) with 53% but I want to do MA in economics after MBA. Please help me. Mention about DSE and others without IGNOU. I have economics in 10+2 and graduation pass subject is geography (H).
