After completing my B.Tech in biotechnology, can I do Ph.D directly or I have to go for M.Tech first?

Yes, you can go for Ph.D directly. As there is was a programme launched sometime before according to which for doing Ph.D, it is not mandatory to complete your Master's degree first. You can directly go for Ph.D just after your graduation. So, you can do Ph.D. after completing your B.Tech in biotech
