after completing my diploma course at jetking,can i do mca?

No Not At All. To do MCA you Must be Graduate and must have Maths @ 10+2 level.

only on the basis of diploma you cant join a masters course, you have to complete any graduation course to join masters.

No, If u are having bachelor degree in any stream than u can go for MCA
