after completing p.g in political science (distance), will i be able to get teaching job after clearing UGCNET as i have no experience?

i have a background in commerce. i have interest in political science and want to get into teaching in this field and have enrolled for p.g through distance. if i clear UCGNET (lecturership only as iam not eliglble for JRF) will i get a teaching job in universities without experience in teaching?

for a government job,the rule may vary from state to state.in some states, the PG marks are also a criterion, in addition to the Reservations.You have to find from your Public Service Commission.
