After completing studies in Canada, do the students have to come back to their own country if they are jobless and want to apply for PR?

Hi,
You cannot apply for a PR if you are jobless. Secondly, you will be giving some time to look for a job, around 1 to 2 years depending on the program of study. If you do not manage to find a job within the stipulated time frame you must come back to your home country.
