It is one of the best courses and you will get a decent salary of 6.5 lacs at least as a relationship manager or investment banking professional.

You have to give from 1st level. There is no exemption in CFA to skip level. You can take the exam as long as you have a bachelor's (or equivalent) degree, or be in the final year of your Bachelor's degree at the time of registration, or have four years of qualified, professional work experience or a combination of work/college experience that totals four years.
