After completing this degree can I do B.Tech in any branch from any college? I scored 76% in 10th.

Yes, you can, but if you are planning for lateral entry admission i e. direct admission in 2nd year, then that you will get only in Aeronautical or aerospace branch.
If you opt for other branch for B.Tech, then you have to start from first semester only.
