After completing this degree can I do B.Tech in any branch in any college? I scored 76% in 10th.

You can do B.Tech in any branch, but you will get lateral entry only in B.Tech aeronautical/aerospace i.e. direct admission in 2nd year.
If you want to go for some other branch then you have to start from the first semester only. -

After completing your Diploma, you have the option of pursuing degree via lateral entry. Every state decides a matrix as to which branch of engineering a Diploma holder of a particular branch can select. This is normally available on the website of DTE of the concerned state. You will get information about your query here.
