No, first you complete 12th exam & Graduation in Commerce (B.Com) then and then only go for MBA

You have to complete your Graduation first as the name suggests, MBA is a Masters program,
where you specialise in something, say finance, marketing etc.

For doing the MBA you first do Graduation, but if you want to do management course after 10 there are lots of option to doing the management diploma courses.... but I suggest first you complete your 12th and then look for any management courses...... thanks...
