After completion of B.Voc in Medical Imaging Technology from TISS, will I be eligible for MBA and government jobs?

Yes, you are eligible for MBA after any Bachelors if you have completed UG with minimum 45%. Yes, you are eligible for a government job as well but you need to take the required exam for government jobs.
