The beginners in the initial stage can earn between Rs. 7,000 to Rs. 15,000 per month. For sponsored programs, software producing companies may pay between Rs 1400 to Rs 2500 per show. After a few years of experience, the earnings can be raised double and depending on the popularity of their shows, RJ's can earn between Rs 15,000 up to Rs 85,000 per month. If you are recognised, then you will have all the right to demand your own price.

    Dear Devesh,
It totally depends on your skills, and how wonderful RJ you are. If you are a fresher then you may get 15000K per month, and gradually its hikes. Once you are grown up in this field. The money will be in your lap and the amount will be like as much as you will ask for. There are many RJs who get their salaries in Lakhs per month.
