Hi Sivaprasad,
a graduate is allowed to stay in Germany for 1 year to look for a job. Once you find a job you can convert your student permit to residence permit for taking gainful employment.

Good Question! Germany has provision of providing 1yr extended visa to the international students. It means after completing your MS, you can stay in Germany for 1yr.
