After completion of MS (Germany), do I need to apply for the licence? Which exam do I need to take?
I have scored 60% in pharmacy (India) and 66.6% in 12th.

To apply for a driver's licence, you need to show approved identity documents. Go to a Driver Examination Centre and you have to pay a fee. You also need to fill out an application form.
