I would suggest go for MBA from a reputed institute. But if technical things inspires you, join M.tech and you can also be a part of growing R&D industry...by doing so

That totally depends on your interest. If you want become a manager and you take a lot of interest in the management then you can do MBA ..,Otherwise go for M. Tech.
