Hi,
You will be issued a student VISA only for the duration of your course, and as soon as your course gets over you need to return back to India.
International students are allowed to work full time in UK only if they get a job offer with a annual package of 20,000 pounds or more.

The post study work visa after one year study in UK is being closed with effect from MArch 2012. If you get a job with a salary of 20,000 GBP per year , then you cna apply for tier 2 visa to stay back.
