After Diploma in Civil Engineering, can i do PG diploma in abroad like Germany or Singapore ? (i joined my diploma after my 10th, no 12th)

I dont have 12th, i joined diploma in civil after 10th !

You can not apply for Germany but you should apply to near by small country where tuition fee is low for bachelor degree in Civil. Once you complete 4 yrs of bachelor degree in EU; you can choose master degree at free in Germany.

Hello cpu,according to me you are not eligible for pg diploma because the eligibility for any pg diploma course is graduation but you done 10th+diploma so you are not eligible right now.firstly do graduation then you can do pg diploma. thank you:-)
