After Distance MBA/PGDBM can we become eligible for Lectureship.If not then what are the steps?

I am working professional with 3.6 years.After distance MBA I am planning to do lectureship but don't know if distance MBA will be considered for lecturship or not.Want to know which colleges will make me eligible for MBA lectureship after doing distance MBA from them?

For becomming a Lecturer it is now essential to clear the UGC NET exam or its equivalent for the state services.
