    Hi,
Its good to know that you wish to pursue MBBS, please remember after completing your MBBS form Nepal and Bangladesh, you need to take MCI test, to be eligible to practice in India.
Unless and until you clear this exam you will not be allowed to practice medicine in India.
As you are in class 12th it would be advisable for you to take various medical entrance test held in India, and try to do your MBBS from India.
I hope this answers your query.
