After doing 10th I did my Grad frm Open university in B.Com now i am going MSC-IT but company's need 10+2 how to over come from this.?

After 10th I did my Grad frm Open university in B.Com now i m doing MSC-IT from distance edu but IT company's need 10+2 i hold 10+3, how 2 over come frm this? I hold RHEL cert and now I am bit afraid on getting jobs in gud IT company's can i do PHd or some deploma which will cover this..?
