after doing a 6 month course in dot net can i have a job in my hand or it will be fine if i do regular mca from GLA University estab in 2010

many institutes in Noida & in Delhi ncr r offering such courses like j2ee ,java core, .Net , Oracle etc are they beneficial for a BCA pass out student.....if i do them can i get a job of atleast 15,000 rs in my hand.
