If you pass your Intermediate with Commerce, then you cannot.

Yes, you can become pilot even after B.Com provided you have completed class 12th with Physics and Maths. To became pilot in IAF, the qualification required is any graduate with Physics and Maths at 10+2 or BE. To become commercial pilot after graduation you can join civil flying schools.
