after doing b.sc in animation can i direct feature and animation films and what are the ways to get there..????

Learning an Art and Directing are different things. Usually you must have good visualization to direct a team as well as a deep study of the theory. Experience also adds value in direction. I would suggest that try to take lead while developing your portfolio after animation. Once you are good at it, try to make a few more shorts before thinking bigger.
