After doing B.Sc. in Biotechnology, is it possible to do higher studies like M.Sc. in Astrophysics or Astronomy?

Sorry, it's not possible. You have to study physics, mathematics and also astrophysics based subjects in graduation to get enrolled to M.Sc. in Astrophysics or Astronomy.
