After doing BPP and then BA in IGNOU ,, can I appear in any exam (BANKING, SSC , CIVIL SERVICE ) like other graduats ???

After doing BPP and then BA in IGNOU ,, can I appear in any exam (BANKING, SSC , CIVIL SERVICE ) like other graduats ? What will I give in the blank space for +2 %age in these exam form ? Should I give the BPP %age there ?
