After doing BPP from IGNOU can i take admission in any regular college for b.com. if there is any way to get in regular college after bpp.

no, through bpp you can get admission only in ignou. after completing graduation in ignou you can persue regular post graduation in any college.

No. You can pursue Graduation from any Distance University for eg, KSOU, VMU, MGU-Meghalaya, MGU-Kerala, Annamali, etc,etc
