after doing BSc-computer science can i go USA to do master of science in computer science (MS-cs) can i go or not is it possible ?

yes you can surely go for it. For studying Masters in Computer Science from UK,you need to have good bachelors degree(preferably in similar discipline) with good IELTS score. Duration of Masters is one year in UK. Both UK as well as USA are good option to study masters,duration varies,in case of UK
