No, you cannot do B.Tech after the completion of ITI course. The minimum eligibility criteria for B.Tech course is class 12th with PCM with at least 50% of marks. Or, Diploma in relevant engineering course for direct 2nd year B.Tech admission under lateral entry scheme.
