After doing lateral entry diploma (2 years), can I complete my B.Tech from lateral entry in 3 years?

Actually, Diploma is of 3 years. And only after that, you should complete 3 years of engineering so as to complete your graduation. -

Yes, you are eligible to get lateral admission in engineering after the completion of your Diploma. How you got admission is of no relevance. What matters is how much marks you have obtained in Diploma.
