After doing M.Sc (Animation and Multimedia) from PTU, now I want to clear NET exam for Phd. But I found no sub. regarding this in UGC site?
I want to apply for the Lecturer post in colleges and I think without having a Phd degree it's not possible. So please guide me how can I do Phd in this field? In the website of UGC, I didn't find the relevant subject. Please guide me how can I do that? Thanks.

Hi,
True that while opting for UGC NET, the exam is held as an eligibility for lectureship and researc/ doctorate, but then you can apply directly to the University as per the availability of the PhD program.

Dear chandan,
Clearing NET will make you eligible for post of lecturers and Phd is not mandatory to be a lecturer
If you wish for Phd then go with PET EXAM (phd entrance exam) conducted by any university which consist of General Aptitude Test, Subject Specific Test followed by SUBMISSION AND E
