After doing post graduation and B.Ed my graduation will be valid or not.

In graduation I GOT less than 50 % marks. I am taking admission on the basis of post graduation +B.Ed from commerce stream. But now according the gov. New rules only 50% graduate student elegible for primary teacher. Sir I want to asked you if I do graduation again after B.Ed and M.Com is it valid?
