Dear Dhiraj,
Yes, you can start your own agency in ticketing, however you will not be in a position to issue tickets as you are not IATA agent and to be an IATA agent you need to get the license from IATA. For more details and guidance please contact the counsellors at 022-61577912 / 911 / 913
