Dear Mustafa,
After Diploma IT ,BE is not compulsory,
You can Go for BCA or BSc-CS/IT program and that too directly II year.
After BCA/BSc you can progress to MSc-CS/IT or MCA

After completing diploma in engineering, it is advisable to pursue lateral B.Tech course in which one can directly enter into the second year. Degree course will open more career opportunities for you and will help you to apply for jobs in any sector.

If you do engineering after diploma then it is goof or your future , you can get good job opportunity and also some other option in your field after engineering
