After failing in M.Sc physics and not getting any benefit from distance MBA, what other options do I have? Interested in IT and electronics.

Since you are interested in IT & Electronics, it will be advisable for you to explore certification courses in your area of interest & software development skills & explore work opportunities in the said area. A lot of private institutes run courses on IT & Electronics and are affiliated to international universities you can also look at them for your interest area. Keeping in mind your B.Sc Scores you can seek admission into such courses of your interest.
