    Hello Shekhada,
    Getting commercial pilot's licence is quite tough, at least in India. After having obtained commercial pilot license, invariably everybody gets placed in one or the other civil Airlines in India. For the past many years, passenger as well as cargo traffic is increasing at the rate of 15% per year and is expected to show the same growth in years to come. In view of this almost all Airlines have increased their aircraft strength or are in the process of increasing it.
