after getting the degree of course Bsc in animation provided by bharti vidyapeeth pune, can i give the exams mpsc and upsc?

why not upsc or any othe civil service exam requires candidate to be graduated ao ahead all the best plz hit like and if u find the answer helpful then select it as best answer
