After having 12 years of experience with MNCs in IT field, I now want to become a teacher. How can I do this?
I am a BE electronics graduate.

It is suggested that you do MTech and join engineering college as a lecturer. You can do PhD during your teaching career. If you want to become a school teacher, you can apply even now. BEd degree will be value add to become a school teacher. By the way as a teacher your salaries will be low in comp
