After how many months can I reapply for visa as it has been rejected twice already ?

hi, i m rahul chaudhary I have two time rejected for student visa in singapore because of differ of college and course which i have selected and differ about my father occupation. i want to know that is there any chance for getting visa or after how many month i have apply again.

Hi Rex, As per you your visa got rejected twice however if is it written in your rejection letter that you may apply or appeal against this rejection then you may apply after2-3 months however you need to give the strong justification about your past visa rejections and also you need to correct t
