After HSEE(if cleared) is IIT Madras the only IIT where you can go or any other IITs like in Delhi or Kanpur also provide this course?

HSEE is a test which is one of its kind, which admits students to a five-year integrated masters programme in humanities and social sciences subjects offered by only IIT, Madras. IIT, Kanpur does not provide this course.
