After Mtech you can go in research field if you not get any job , you can go for Phd

You may opt for PhD, you may also qualify for GATE and apply for teaching positions. You may apply to various public sector and private sector job

You may try for jobs in companies or in academics either at home or abroad. You may start your own firm also.
