Dear Anush, To the best of my knowledge, the post-graduation should be in the same subject for the Ph.D. programme. Therefore, you can pursue Ph.D. in Management after an MBA programme but not in commerce. Only M.Com students can pursue Ph.D. in Commerce. My friend is also doing Ph.D. in Management
