Dear Anush, To the best of my knowledge, the post-graduation should be in the same subject for the Ph.D. programme. Therefore, you can pursue Ph.D. in Management after an MBA programme but not in commerce. Only M.Com students can pursue Ph.D. in Commerce. My friend is also doing Ph.D. in Management at LPU after his MBA programme. It is not difficult to get admission to Ph.D. if you are good at research work. To increase your chances to get admission to Ph.D. you should have a good academic record and the area of research you want to work in.
