After MBA(MKTG) should I go for MBA(IT) that will save me 1 yr or I should do MSc/MCA again from SMU?

I have already chosen Marketing from SMU.My study center forced me to take Marketing as they dont offer IT. So I couldn't take IT as my specialization.Now I want to work as PHP developer in IT companies.So after MBA(MKT) should I go for MBA(IT) that will save me 1 yr or I do MSc/MCA again from SMU?

After MBA another MBA may not be an urgent priority unless you want your name to configure in the Limca Book of World Records. You may better look out for research opportunities. But if you are about correcting a mistake made in the past or feels so, then you may opt for another MBA specialisation
