Hello, To apply for the exams like SET or UGC NET all you need is a master's degree with minimum qualifying marks. If you want to become a lecturer then I would like to suggest you appear in UGC NET Exam. UGC NET (University Grants Commission - National Eligibility Test) is an exam which is conducted by National Testing Agency NTA to select the deserving candidates for the post of Assistant Professor and for the researcher. Here you will get more information about this exam - Every year Lacs of candidates appears in this exam. The exam is conducted twice a year. So, there are good opportunities to become a lecturer through UGC NET.
