after msc in pharmaceutical chemistry in 2009 now can i pursue mphil in medicinal chemistry or pharmaceutical chemistry if yes then suggest

if yes then suggest me the best private institute to do so iam totally confused what to do, help me out of this,or give other suggestion what can i do after doing msc in pharmaceutical chemisty, also suggest me the institute.
