After my CET results at IPU,what are the further steps to be taken? Should we wait for the counseling list? I got 150 rank just so you know.

First of all, congratulations for your rank. Wait for the counselling round, they will hopefully begin in the 1st or 2nd week on June. Congratulations on securing such a good rank in CET. You will get a notification on IP University's website regarding admission. After that, you will have a separate Id and password for further use.
You have to register yourself for counseling rounds. You have to provide a list of colleges you wish to take admission according to which you will be allotted the seat. Since you have 150 rank you will easily get VIPS or MITS or even JIMS if you want. After that you need to freeze the seat by paying 40,000 INR and report to college with documents and remaining fees

Candidate must have passed Class 12 or equivalent with a minimum of 55% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. University will not conduct a separate IPU CET for admission to BTech course.
